About Your Case Evaluation
Your case evaluation will be conducted by a case evaluation specialist — not an attorney. The specialist will discuss your situation and present options based on how the firm has assisted others in similar situations. The specialist cannot provide legal advice. If questions arise that the specialist is not qualified to answer, they will arrange to get you an answer that same day, subject to attorney availability.
